PRODUCTION
Feeding the world in a sustainable way is one of our most pressing challenges in the coming decades. Meat plays a pivotal role in this. Global meat consumption has increased rapidly over the past 50 years – It has been estimated that global meat consumption may double from 2000 to 2050.
YOUR CHOICE
Do you know how many green house gases went into your plate?
EMISSION
Compared to the other food, the production of meat has large environmental impacts, among which, the most severe one is increasing greenhouse gas emissions.
ENERGY EFFICIENCY
Meat takes much more grain, land and water to fatten an animal to produce a pound of meat than it does to grow the same number of calories in the form of grain that is eaten directly.
Everyone's diet matters to our planet.

Augmented
Boosting
Design sprint: 1 week
Role: Prototyper
Toolkit: Unity, Vuforia
The prototype is developed to help attract the board of directors to invest in a phone AR application for internal use before allocating any resources needed for future implementation.

What I learned..
- “Agile” Methodology fails without a clear strategic direction
- Focus on key tasks and workflows, instead of having everything figured out
- Before the negotiation, understand who the stakeholders are and what their objectives are
Problem
There are 5 design phases to UNStudio's services. They are Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding, and Construction Administration. These phases are the breakdown of how architects define their design services. Drawings and renderings in the first two phases, while valuable tools to depict design and detail, often fall short in their ability to give a sense of space.
Solution
Adopting Agile Methodology, we designed and proposed applications allowing designers to use augmented reality to dive into their sketches to give both their clients and themselves a truer sense of the space. After researching carefully on project teams' design and presentation methods, the incorporated AR in their workflows and project presentations has features as follow:
Object place/ rotate/ scale/dismantle
Material change
Layer turn on/off
User flow simulation

User flow for architecture and urban team
User flow for product design team
